[目的]为在生产实践中选择更好的引发剂提供理论基础.[方法]以'TD801'甜菜种子为材料,不同浓度的焦亚硫酸钠为引发剂,设置了 10、20、50、100、200、300 mg/L 5 个浓度和 18、24 h两个时间梯度共12 组处理,通过对甜菜种子进行引发浸泡处理,测定不同浓度引发处理对甜菜种子萌发的影响.[结果]所有处理甜菜种子的发芽势和发芽率与对照比没有明显提高,且处理300 mg/L 18 h与对照相比抑制作用最为明显,发芽势、发芽率分别比对照降低了 10.00、11.33 个百分点;从发芽指数和活力指数来看,不同浓度焦亚硫酸钠处理24 h的总体效果优于18 h处理,效果最好的为50 mg/L 24 h,其发芽指数和活力指数分别比对照提高了 52.44%、76.19%;处理的相对电导率均低于对照,比对照降低了222.00~234.60 个百分点.[结论]不同浓度焦亚硫酸钠能够提高甜菜种子活力,促进甜菜种子萌发,萌发效果因处理时间和浓度不同存在差异.总体来说,50 mg/L 24 h处理下效果较好.

[Objective]It provides a theoretical basis for selecting a better initiator in production practice.[Methods]In this study,sugar beet seeds of'TD801'were treated by 6 concentrations of sodium metabisulfite(10,20,50,100,200 and 300 mg/L)and two time gradients(18 h and 24 h),and the effects of different concentrations of initiation treatment on the germination of sugar beet seeds was determined.[Results]Compared with the control,the germination potential and germination rate of sugar beet seeds in all treatments were not significantly improved,and the inhibition effect of treatment with 300 mg/L for 18 h was the most obvious,and the germination potential and germination rate declined by 10.00 and 11.33 percentage points,respectively.From the germination index and vitality index,the overall effect of sodium metabisulfite with different concentrations for 24 h was better than that for 18 h,and the combination of 50 mg/L for 24 h performed the best,with the increase by 52.44%and 76.19%for its germination index and vitality index,respectively.The relative conductivity of the treatment was lower than the control,performed a decrease of 222.00-234.60 percentage points.[Conclusion]The results showed that different concentrations of sodium metabisulfite could improve the vigor of beet seeds and promote the germination of beet seeds,and the germination effect varied with treatment time and concentration.Overall,the treatment of 50 mg/L for 24 h performed better.
