Abstract
Objective The efficacy and safety of skin needle roller introduction Mussel adhesive protein(MAP)treatment combined with Advanced optimal pulse technology(AOPT)in the treatment of rosacea were observed.Methods A total of 60 patients with rosacea who attended the outpatient clinic of the author's hospital from March 2022 to December 2022 were included and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with AOPT,and the observation group was treated with AOPT combined with skin needle roller introduction of MAP,once every 4 weeks,three times a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated 4 weeks after the treatment.Results Both groups completed the treatment.The symptoms of facial skin burning,stinging,itching and tightness improved in both groups after treatment,and the red zone counts decreased significantly,with statistically significant differences,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion AOPT combined with mussel adhesive protein is effective and safe in the treatment of persistent erythema in rosacea.关键词
