Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combined treatment with triamcinolone acetonide,fractional CO2 laser,and topical halometasone cream for atrophic acne scars.Methods A total of 127 patients with atrophic acne scars admitted to Suzhou Jiulong Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from February 2018 to February 2022 were selected and divided into Group A(n=41),Group B(n=42),and Group C(n=44).The treatment regimen for Group A was sequential treatment with triamcinolone acetonide combined with fractional CO2 laser;for Group B,it was fractional CO2 laser combined with topical cream;and for Group C,it was sequential treatment with triamcinolone acetonide combined with fractional CO2 laser and topical halometasone cream.The treatment outcomes of Groups A and B were compared with Group C.Treatment outcomes included the Erythema and Cobblestone-like Alteration(ECCA)score for acne scars,clinical efficacy,scar volume,and the incidence of adverse reactions.The evaluation of treatment outcomes was completed 3 months after treatment.Results After treatment,the ECCA scores and scar volumes of patients in all three groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the ECCA scores and scar volumes of patients in Group C were significantly lower than those in Groups A and B(all P＜0.05),with statistically significant differences.The overall effective rate for Group A was 80.49%(33/41),for Group B it was 78.57%(33/42),and for Group C it was 95.45%(42/44).The overall effective rate of Group C was significantly higher than that of Group A(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Group A was 9.76%(4/41),in Group B it was 7.14%(3/42),and in Group C it was 4.55%(2/44).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of sequential treatment with triamcinolone acetonide,fractional CO2 laser,and topical halometasone cream for atrophic acne scars is ideal,and the safety is relatively high.关键词
