Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of erythromycin isotretinoate gel combined with 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris,skin lesions and heme content.Methods A total of 96 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser for 48 cases,and the observation group was treated with 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser combined with erythromycin isotretinoate gel for 48 cases.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed,the skin surface pH value,sebum secretion rate and heme content of the forehead,nose and cheeks of the two groups were detected.The differences of facial Acne Comprehensive Grading System(GAGS)score and acne-specific Quality of Life scale(Acne QOL)score between the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(44/48)higher than that of the control group 75.00%(36/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in skin indices and heme content between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,it was found that the skin surface pH values,sebum secretion rate and heme content of forehead,nose and cheek of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the skin surface pH values,sebum secretion rate and heme content of forehead,nose and cheek of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in GAGS score and Acne QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,GAGS score in both groups was lower than before treatment,and GAGS score in observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).The score of Acne QOL in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.42%(5/48)compared with 16.67%(8/48)in the control group,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate within 6 months in the observation group was 8.00%(2/25)lower than that in the control group 33.33%(6/18),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Erythromycin isotretinoate gel combined with 1565 nm non-ablative fractional laser can improve the physiological indices of skin,reduce the degree of skin lesions and improve the quality of life.关键词
