苦菊椒柏方联合LED黄光治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Kuju Jiaobai Formula Combined with LED Yellow Light in the Treatment of Facial Dermatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kuju Jiaobai Formula combined with LED yellow light in the treatment of facial dermatitis and to observe the adverse reactions during the treatment.Methods Sixty-five patients with facial dermatitis were included in the study.The subjects were divided into the control group and the treatment group using a random number table.The control group was treated with LED yellow light and given oral ebastine tablets.The treatment group was treated with wet compresses of Kuju Jiaobai Formula on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.76%(25/33)and that of the control group was 53.13%(17/32).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.But there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the pruritus,tingling and tightness points in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The erythema and lesion area in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the absolute scores of the red zone of the VISIA test were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P＜0.05),compared between groups,the absolute scores of the red zone of the VISIA test was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.Conclusion Kuju Jiaobai Formula combined with LED yellow light in the treatment of facial dermatitis can significantly reduce skin lesions,improve skin symptoms,and no significant adverse reactions.关键词
