Abstract

Objective Based on corpus,this paper makes an objective analysis of errors and reasons in the Ba sentence of deaf students in the compulsory education stage.Methods We collected,annotated and counted the Ba sentence corpus of 67 deaf students in the compulsory education stage in Beijing,identified the types of errors and the distribution of errors among deaf students of various language types,discussed the reasons for their occurrence.Results The types of errors are:internal errors(190 sentences/65.75%)>should be used but not used(67 sentences/26.64%)>should not be used but used(22 sentences/7.61%).The accuracy of the Ba sentence for deaf students of various language types,from high to low,is as follows:sign language is as good as oral>oral proficiency>sign language and oral are both average>sign language proficiency>not good at sign language and oral.Conclusion The grammatical errors of the Ba sentence in hearing-impaired students are influenced by various factors:hearing impairment as the fundamental cause of errors.The insufficient understanding of the usage conditions and rules of the"ba"sentence is the direct reason for the errors,insufficient understanding of the differences between sign language and Chinese is an important reason for errors.
