敏感性皮肤的中医辨治初探
Preliminary Study on Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Sensitive Skin in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
The national prevalence of Sensitive Skin(SS)was 15.93%in women and 8.62%in men.The etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatments of SS in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)were analyzed.The five TCM syndromes were Wind-heat in Lung Meridian,Damp-heat in Liver Meridian,Spleen Deficiency with Dampness accumulation,Liver-qi Stagnation and Blood dryness,and Yang-deficiency with Internal Retained Fluid.The treatment principles and herbal decoctions,the applications of herbal wet compressing,herbal ointment/oil,cream with herbal extracts,body needle and bloodletting in SS were introduced in detail.It is suggested that combined treatments of internal and external treatments in TCM could repair the skin barrier,reduce the neurovascular hyperreactivity,reduce inflammation,and improve the skin tolerance.关键词
