Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)in osteotome sinus floor elevation(OSFE)and simultaneous implantation.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing OSFE in the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and experimental group between August 2019 and August 2021,40 cases in each group.The control group was given artificial bone powder implantation,while experimental group was additionally given PRF implantation.The score of visual analogue scale(VAS),swelling degree,bone mineral density and implant stability quotient(ISQ)were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,2 d and 3 d after surgery,difference in VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).At 2 d and 3 d after surgery,swelling degree was milder in experimental group than control group(P＜0.05).At 3 months after surgery,bone mineral density was lower in experimental group than control group(P＜0.05).At 6 and 12 months after surgery,ISQ was higher in experimental group than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of PRF in OSFE and simultaneous implantation can relieve swelling,promote new bone formation and improve implant stability.关键词
