国内儿童言语语言障碍治疗现状调查
Investigation of the Current Situation of Treatment for Children with Speech and Language Disorders in China

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of treatment for children with speech and language disorders in China.Methods From November 2022 to May 2023,a survey was conducted among practitioners engaged in speech therapy to investigate the content and form of speech therapy for children with speech and language disorders in China.Results A total of 679 valid questionnaires were collected.Rehabilitation therapists accounted for 64.06%of the children's speech therapy practitioners who participated in the survey.Among the children with speech and language disorders who received intervention,the proportion of speech disorders caused by language development delay,motor dysarthria caused by cerebral palsy and articulation disorders was high,which were 22.20%,14.80%and 13.60%respectively.The main problems in children's speech therapy included the lack of a nationally unified standardized assessment tool to determine children's language disorders and the lack of systematic and standardized treatment methods,accounting for 12.30%and 12.20%respectively.Conclusion Language development delay is the main type of speech and language disorder in children in China.There are some problems in speech therapy for children in China,such as uneven development among regions,a lack of specialist rehabilitation doctors,and standardized evaluation tools and standardized treatment methods and so on.关键词
