Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Germplasm Resources in Flax Germination Stage and Screening of Drought Resistance Resources

Abstract
In order to evaluate the drought resistance of different flax germplasm resources during germination and screen drought-resistant varieties,26 flax germplasm resources were used as materials in this study,using polyethylene glycol solution(PEG-6000)to simulate drought stress during seed germi-nation.Nine indexes such as germination rate and germination potential of 26 flax germplasm resources during seed germination were determined.The results showed that the optimum PEG-6000 concentration for simulating drought stress was 15%.Through correlation analysis and principal component analysis,four key indexes of comprehensive drought resistance evaluation were screened out:relative root fresh weight,relative root dry weight,relative seedling weight and relative root length,and the drought resist-ance evaluation system of flax germplasm resources at germination stage was established.At the same time,two drought-resistant flax resources,K6540-1 and AMINNA,were screened out by membership function analysis.关键词
