Abstract
Objective To study the construction of cosmetic scheme of free dermal adipose tissue transplantation and its application in maxillofacial defect patients.Methods A total of 90 patients seen in the author's hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the randomized number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group used facial fat filling.The observation group was given a cosmetic scheme of free dermal adipose tissue transplantation.Both groups were compared at 1 day,1 week,4 weeks,and 12 weeks thereafter.After 6 months of treatment,the scarring condition was compared between the two groups.Patient satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions and need of secondary surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The difference was different 1 day or 1 week after surgery(P＞0.05).At 4 weeks and 12 weeks later,the observation group was more effective than the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and stony brook scar evaluation scale(SBSES)score were different between the two groups(P＞0.05).Six months after treatment,the VSS score was lower than the control group(P＜0.05),and the SBSES score was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Three months after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P＞0.05).Three months after treatment,the rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dermal adipose tissue free transplantation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of maxillofacial defects,with high patient satisfaction and few postoperative adverse reactions.关键词
