梅尼埃病患者cVEMPs与内淋巴积水相关性研究进展
Characteristics and Correlation Analysis between cVEMPs Examination and Degree of Endolymphatic Hydrops in Meniere's Disease Patients

Abstract
Meniere's disease(MD)is a common otogenic vertigo disease characterized by episodic vertigo,fluctuating hearing loss,tinnitus,and a feeling of fullness in the ears.At present,the etiology is unknown,and its main pathological characteristics are endolymphatic hydrops caused by the imbalance between endolymphtic production and absorption.Endolymphatic hydrops is visualized by endolymphatic gadolinium.Endolymphatic hydrops leads to decreased vestibular function,and abnormal parameters of cervical vestibular induced myogenic potentials.The purpose of this article is to summarize the application value of the two methods in Meniere's disease and analyze the correlation between them,so as to further summarize the relationship between morphological and functional changes of Meniere's disease,and better apply them to clinical practice to guide the diagnosis and treatment of Meniere's disease.关键词
