Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of local skin flap combined with allogeneic sclera transplantation on repairing eyelid and surrounding skin defects.Methods A total of 90 patients with eyelid and surrounding skin defects after resection of malignant eyelid tumor treated in the author's hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with allogeneic sclera transplantation,and the observation group was additionally repaired with local skin flap on this basis.The repair effects,differences of palpebral fissure length and eyelid height before and after repair,scar width,scar color,elasticity,flatness,eyelid shape recovery score and appearance satisfaction at 6 months after repair and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of repair in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The palpebral fissure length and eyelid height after repair were reduced compared with those before repair(P＜0.05),and the differences in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The scar width in observation group at 6 months after repair was lower than that in control group while the scores of scar color,elasticity,flatness,eyelid shape recovery and appearance satisfaction were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications such as ptosis and eyelid margin notching in observation group was lower compared to control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Local skin flap combined with allogeneic sclera transplantation has significant efficacy,few complications and good postoperative eyelid shape and aesthetic effect in repairing eyelid and surrounding skin defects.关键词
