Abstract
Objective To explore the aesthetic effect of plastic conserving surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer and its impact on patient prognosis.Methods A total of 104 patients with early breast cancer admitted to the author's hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(52 cases)and the control group(52 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with plastic breast conserving surgery,while the control group was treated with conventional breast conserving surgery.The perioperative related indicators,postoperative complications,breast aesthetic effect,tumor recurrence and survival were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less,the operation time was longer,the minimum distance between tumor and surgical margin was longer,the proportion of resected tissue in breast volume was larger,the time of drainage tube removal and hospital stay were shorter,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,and the excellent and good rate of breast aesthetic effect was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no death in the two groups within 2 years after operation.There was 1 case(1.92%)of recurrence in the observation group and 2 cases(3.85%)in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Plastic breast conserving surgery is beneficial to improve the aesthetic effect of breast after surgery in patients with early breast cancer,which is conducive to postoperative recovery and is clinically safe.关键词
