大麻二酚酸脱羧反应动力学分析
The Thermal Decarboxylation Reaction Kinetics of Cannabidiolic Acid

Abstract
The flowers and leaves of industrial hemp were used as raw material to investigate the de-carboxylation reaction process of cannabidiolic acid(CBDA)by using high performance liquid chroma-tography(HPLC)and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The content changes of CBDA and its decar-boxylation product cannabidiol(CBD)at different temperatures(50~145℃)and reaction time(5~180 min)were analyzed.The kinetics of this reaction was also studied.The results show that the CBDA decarboxylation reaction follows the first-order kinetics.The optimum decarboxylation temperature range and heating time were preliminarily assumed as 95~125℃and 50~70 min,respectively.关键词
