冻干富血小板纤维蛋白在造口周围溃疡治疗中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Lyophilized Platelet-rich Fibrin in the Treatment of Ostomy Ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of lyophilized platelet-rich fibrin(LPRF)in enterostomy ulcer.Methods Forty patients with enterostomy ulcer admitted to author's hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into LPRF group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine dressing change.In group LPRF,fresh peripheral blood was collected,centrifuged,freeze-dried,and treated with irradiation and sterilization to obtain LPRF.After irradiation and sterilization,LPRF was filled into the ulcer wound around the stoma and covered with sterile and waterproof dressing.Both groups were attached with stoma bags,and the wound healing was observed after 5-7 days of dressing change.Results After 14 days of treatment,the wound reduction area in the LPRF group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time in LPRF group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion LPRF can promote the healing of ulcer wounds around the stoma and provide a new therapeutic method for solving related problems in clinic.关键词
