Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Medroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of infertility patients with endometrial polyps(EP).Method:A total of 86 EP infertility patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into study group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection,while the study group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopic electroresection.Symptom sign scores,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,sex hormone levels,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels,recurrence rate,menstrual normal rate,pregnancy rate were compared in both groups.Result:The scores of symptoms and signs in both groups decreased 3 months after surgery,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness and pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)scores of both groups decreased 3 months after surgery,the endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group,and the PBAC score was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)in both groups decreased 3 months after surgery,and the levels of the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VEGF levels in both groups decreased 3 months after surgery,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group(2.33%)was lower than that of the control group(18.60%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal rate of menstruation in the study group(93.02%)was higher than that in the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group(53.49%)was higher than that of the control group(23.26%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medroxyprogesterone combined with hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of EP infertility patients can improve symptoms,signs and endometrial thickness,reduce menstrual volume,reduce the levels of sex hormones and serum VEGF and recurrence rate,and increase the normal rate of menstruation and pregnancy rate.关键词
