艾司氯胺酮联合舒芬太尼对全身麻醉腹腔镜术后患者复苏效果的影响
Influence of Esketamine Combined with Sufentanil on Recovery Effect in Patients after Operative Laparoscopy under General Anesthesia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil on recovery effect in patients after operative laparoscopy under general anesthesia.Method:A total of 98 patients who underwent operative laparoscopy under general anesthesia in Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Patients admitted from January to October 2022 were included in the control group(n=49),and patients admitted from November 2022 to June 2023 were included in the observation group(n=49).Both groups underwent general anesthesia,the control group received Sufentanil at the beginning of induction,and the observation group received Esketamine combined with Sufentanil at the beginning of induction.Perioperative indexes,hemodynamics,pain scores and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:Tracheal tube extraction time,respiratory recovery time and eye opening time in observation group were earlier than those in control group,and percutaneous arterial blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)after extubation in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After extubation,there were no significant differences in heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in both groups(P>0.05).After extubation,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and bispectral index(BIS)of the two groups were higher than those those before extubation,and the SBP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,BIS was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 30 min and 1 and 6 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:During general anesthesia induction,Esketamine combined with Sufentanil can reduce the pain,improve the recovery effect and stabilize the hemodynamics of patients after operative laparoscopy.关键词
