Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps(EP)and its effects on hemoglobin(Hb)and coagulation function.Method:A total of 110 EP patients from June 2022 to June 2023 who were admitted in Beijing Huairou Hospital were selected,the study group(55 cases)and the control group(55 cases)were divided by random number table method.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection,while the study group was treated with Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection.The Hb levels,coagulation function,endometrial parameters,and sex hormone levels in both groups were compared.Result:6 months after surgery,Hb levels in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the D-dimer(D-D)levels in both groups were decreased compared with those before surgery,fibrinogen(FIB)levels were increased compared with those before surgery,and the prothrombin time(PT)were shortened compared with those before surgery,the D-D level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and FIB level was higher,while the PT was shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,endometrial thickness,pulse index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the levels of follicle-producing hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in both groups were decreased compared with those before surgery,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In EP patients,Dydrogesterone combined with hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy can increase Hb level,improve coagulation function,endometrial parameters,and regulate sex hormone levels.关键词
