Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of psychology-diet-rehabilitation exercise integrated nursing on psychological health,self-care ability and breastfeeding behaviors in puerperae after cesarean section.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 87 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.According to different postpartum nursing methods,43 parturients who received routine nursing plans were included in the postpartum routine group,and 44 parturients who received psychology-diet-rehabilitation exercise integrated nursing were included in the integrated nursing group.All were nursed for 2 weeks.The psychological state[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)]and breastfeeding behaviors[breastfeeding self-efficacy scale-short form(BSES-SF),breastfeeding rate]in the two groups were observed before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,scores of HAMA and HAMD in integrated nursing group were lower than those in postpartum routine group(P<0.05);scores of ESCA were higher than those in postpartum routine group(P<0.05);scores of BSES-SF were higher than those in postpartum routine group(P<0.05);at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after delivery,breastfeeding rates in integrated nursing group were higher than those in postpartum routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychology-diet-rehabilitation exercise integrated nursing can improve psychological state and breastfeeding behaviors in puerperae after cesarean section,which is beneficial to improve self-care ability and breastfeeding rate,and is suitable for postpartum nursing of cesarean section.关键词
