圆窗膜挑开前后豚鼠听功能变化研究
Effect of Opening Round Window Membrane on Auditory Function of Healthy Guinea Pigs

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of opening round window membrane on auditory function in healthy guinea pigs.Method Thirty healthy guinea pigs(60 ears)were anesthetized by inhalation of isoflurane.Otocyst was opened and round window film was opened.Auditory brainstem response(ABR),electrocochleogram(ECochG),electrically evoked auditory brainstem responses(EABR)and electroevoked compound action potentials(ECAP)was recorded before and after the round window membrane was opened.And statistical analysis was performed.Results In 54 ears of guinea pigs,well-differentiated and stable waveforms of ABR,ECochG,EABR and ECAP were recorded.The ABR thresholds before and after opening round window membrane were 36.67±7.76 dB SPL and 98.81±10.74 dB SPL,the difference between them was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ECochG thresholds before and after opening round window membrane were 28.73±9.72 dB SPL and 68.48±11.21 dB SPL,the difference between them was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The EABR thresholds before and after opening round window membrane were 0.21±0.05 mA and 0.30±0.07 mA,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The ECAP thresholds before and after opening round window membrane were 0.35±0.11 mA and 0.46±0.13 mA,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Before and after open round window membrane,the auditory function of healthy guinea pigs showed obvious changes,which showed hearing loss.关键词
