Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of peripheral blood miR-21-5p,Foxp3 and coagulation function in predicting the outcome of artificial cycle-frozen embryo transfer.Method:A total of 108 patients who underwent artificial cycle-frozen embryo transfer in Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected,of which 48 had successful pregnancy and 60 had failed pregnancy. The differences of miR-21-5p,Foxp3,D-dimer(D-D),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in peripheral blood of patients with successful and failed pregnancy were observed and compared. The value of miR-21-5p,Foxp3 and coagulation function indexes in peripheral blood in predicting the outcome of artificial cycle-frozen embryo transfer was analyzed.Result:The peripheral blood miR-21-5p,Foxp3 mRNA and D-D of the patients with successful pregnancy were higher than those of the patients with failed pregnancy, and APTT and PT were significantly longer than those of the patients with failed pregnancy(P<0.05).miR-21-5p,Foxp3 mRNA,D-D and PT were the influential factors of pregnancy failure(P<0.05).The receiver operator characteristic(ROC)area under the curve of miR-21-5p,Foxp3 mRNA,D-D and PT for predicting pregnancy failure were 0.857,0.790,0.922 and 0.861,respectively.Conclusion:miR-21-5p,Foxp3,D-D and PT in peripheral blood of patients with successful and failed artificial cycle-frozen embryo transfer are different, and they have certain application value in predicting pregnancy outcome.关键词
