床旁肺部超声与X线检查对NRDS的诊断效能及临床推广价值研究
Study on Diagnostic Efficacy and Clinical Promotion Value of Bedside Lung Ultrasound and X-ray Examination for NRDS

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic efficacy of bedside lung ultrasound and X-ray examination in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS),and to explore its promotional value in clinical practice.Method:A total of 62 children suspected of NRDS treated in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.All children underwent bedside lung ultrasound and X-ray examination.Taking clinical diagnosis as the gold standard,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of bedside lung ultrasound and X-ray examination in diagnosing NRDS were collected.The imaging characteristics of NRDS were analyzed,and the correlation between lung ultrasound score and X-ray grading was analyzed by Spearman.Result:Among the 62 suspected children with NRDS,52 were clinically diagnosed with NRDS.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of bedside lung ultrasound in the diagnosis of NRDS were 93.55%,96.15%and 80.00%,respectively,and those of X-ray examination were 88.71%,88.46%and 90.00%,respectively.The Kappa value of bedside lung ultrasound was 0.762 and that of X-ray was 0.652.Lung ultrasound showed lung consolidation,abnormal pleural line,disappearance of A line,bilateral lung points,pleural effusion and inconsistencies in the degree or nature of lesions in different lung fields.X-ray showed ground glass changes,fine granular shadows and air bronchial signs.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between lung ultrasound score and X-ray grading(rs=-0.781,P<0.05).Conclusion:The bedside lung ultrasound diagnosis of NRDS has high accuracy and good consistency,and the lung ultrasound score has a significant correlation with X-ray grading,which has potential value for clinical promotion.关键词
