多房棘球绦虫感染的检测方法研究进展
Advances in the detection methods of Echinococcus multilocularis infection in definitive hosts
摘要
Abstract
Echinococcosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by the larvae or metacestodes of Echinococcus spp.The definitive host(dogs,foxes,etc.)with Echinococcus spp.is the source of transmission,and timely and accurate detection of the infected host is the key to prevent and control the disease.In this study,etiological,molecular biological and immunological detection methods for E.multilocu-laris were reviewed,hoping to help for the development of novel detection methods and kits for the in-fection in the definitive host.关键词
