经肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术治疗重症胸外伤对肺部并发症的影响
Effect of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation Through Rib Fracture on Pulmonary Complications in the Treatment of Severe Chest Trauma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture on pulmonary complications in the treatment of severe chest trauma.Method:The study subjects were selected from 80 patients with severe chest trauma admitted to First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from January 1,2021 to January 1,2023,and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative therapy,and the study group was given conservative therapy+open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and incidence of pulmonary complications were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups showed a downward trend after treatment,which were lower at 3 days after treatment than before treatment,and were lower at 7 days after treatment than after 3 days and before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pulmonary complications in the study group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of open reduction and internal fixation through rib fracture in the treatment of severe chest trauma can achieve good therapeutic effect,reduce the risk of pulmonary complications and relieve pain.关键词
