Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing model based on"psychology-physiology-environment"on postoperative rehabilitation of children with concealed penis correction surgery.Methods A total of 96 children with concealed penis admitted to author's hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and study group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing based on"psychology-physiology-environment"on the basis of the control group's nursing.Overall comfort score(simplified Kolcabal scale),pain score(Faces pain scale)revised(FPS-R),family satisfaction questionnaire(CSQ-8),stress response indicators[cortisol(COR),adrenaline(AD),norepinephrine(NE)]and postoperative complications of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the third day after operation(P＜0.05).After 2 months of nursing intervention,the scores of overall comfort and parents'nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the indexes of stress response in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 8%,which was significantly lower than 26.09%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model based on"psychology physiology environment"has a significant therapeutic effect and good aesthetic effect on children undergoing concealed penile correction surgery,which is highly satisfactory to the parents of the patients and worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
