二仙补骨活血汤联合芪骨胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨代谢及预后的影响
Effects of Erxian Bugu Huoxue Decoction Combined with Qigu Capsules on Bone Metabolism and Prognosis in Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the the effect of Erxian Bugu Huoxue Decoction combined with Qigu Capsules in the treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Method:A total of 80 patients with PMOP treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3+Qigu Capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Erxian Bugu Huoxue Decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,bone metabolism indexes[β-collagen degradation product(β-CTx),procollagen type Ⅰ nterminal propeptide(PⅠNP)],bone mineral density(BMD),serum sex hormone estradiol(E2),fracture rate and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of observation group was higher,after treatment of PⅠNP and β-CTx levels were lower,BMD and E2 levels were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fracture rate between the two groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Erxian Bugu Huoxue Decoction combined with Qigu Capsules has a good therapeutic effect in patients with PMOP,which can improve bone metabolic indexes,BMD and E2 level,it is safe and beneficial to prognosis.关键词
