双柏散外敷治疗肌注黄体酮所致臀部硬结的效果

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of external application of Shuangbai Powder in the treatment of induration of buttocks caused by intramuscular injection of Progesterone.Method:From March to August 2023,a total of 80 patients with induration of buttocks caused by intramuscular injection of Progesterone in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the drawing method.The control group was applied with potato,and the observation group was applied with Shuangbai Powder.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,time for pain to disappear,induration area and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the life quality scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days and 1 month of treatment,the pain degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days and 1 month of treatment,the induration area of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuangbai Powder is more effective than potato in the treatment of induration of buttocks caused by intramuscular injection of Progesterone,it can improve the degree of pain,reduce the induration area and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
