摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Yunnan Baiyao on the contents of gastrin and hemoglobin in patients with duodenal ulcer hemorrhage.Method:A total of 80 patients with duodenal ulcer hemorrhage treated in Fuzhou Jianqiang Fifth Hospital from October 2021 to August 2023 were selected,and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with Omeprazole Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao on the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of gastrin,hemoglobin and clinical indicators in observation group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunnan Baihua has a relatively good effect on duodenal ulcer hemorrhage,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,regulate the levels of gastrin and hemoglobin,and has high safety.关键词
