Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of emotion regulation intervention program based on prospective theory on wound healing and psychological state of facial burn patients.Methods A total of 105 patients with facial burns admitted to the author's hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(52 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given emotional regulation intervention based on prospective theory on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 8 weeks.Wound healing time,length of hospital stay,discrimination sensitivity scale(DSS)score,burn specific health scale-brief(BSHS-B)score,self-rating'scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group and observation group after the intervention and follow-up after the DSS scores,scores of SDS and SAS score and MCMQ yield and avoid scores were significantly lower(P<0.05),BSHS-B score and MCMQ face score were significantly increased(P<0.05),and wound healing time and hospital stay were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The emotion regulation intervention program based on prospective theory can effectively improve the emotional state,quality of life,facial healing and shorten the length of hospital stay of facial burn patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
