温经汤联合揿针治疗虚寒证月经后期的效果
Effect of Wenjing Decoction Combined with Press-needle in Treating Delayed Menstruation of Deficiency-cold Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with press-needle in the treatment of delayed menstruation of deficiency-cold syndrome.Method:A total of 160 patients with deficiency-cold syndrome of delayed menstruation from January to December 2020 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into study group,group A,group B and group C by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Wenjing Decoction combined with press-needle,group A was given Wenjing Decoction,group B performed press-needle,and group C was treated with western medicine hormone therapy.The clinical efficacy,uterine hemodynamic parameters[peak systolic velocity(PSV),resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)],estrogens(follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and estradiol),recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions(abnormal liver function,nausea and vomiting,rash,renal function injury)were compared among the four groups.Result:The total effective rate in study group(97.50%)was higher than that in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance differences in the total effective rate of treatment among group A,group B and group C(P>0.05).After treatment,the RI,PI,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were decreased in the four groups compared to before treatment,and those in study group were lower than those in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05);the PSV and estradiol were increased in the four groups compared to before treatment,and those in study group were higher those in group A,group B and group C(P<0.05);after treatment,the uterine hemodynamic parameters and estrogens in group A,group B and group C were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).At 3 months of follow-up after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate in study group was lower than that in group A,group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group compared that in group A,group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Decoction combined with press-needle can effectively treat the deficiency-cold syndrome of delayed menstruation,improve the uterine hemodynamics and serum estrogens levels,and reduce the possibility of recurrence,with good safety.关键词
