Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of multidimensional reinforced integration combined with phased rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of fracture patients and the occurrence of venous thromboembolism.Method:A total of 88 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected.According to the odd-even number marking method,classify the odd numbers as the control group and the even numbers as the experimental group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with multidimensional reinforcement combined with phased rehabilitation training,the intervention period was 6 months.The intervention efficacy(length of stay,time of getting out of bed,time of fracture healing),pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],self-care ability[exercise of self-care ability(ESCA)],recovery of lower extremity motor function[simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)and Berg balance scale(BBS)]and the incidence of venous thromboembolism(VTE)were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and ESCA scores for each dimension,FMA scores and BBS scores were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay and fracture healing time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the time of getting out of bed was earlier than that of control group,VAS score was lower than that of control group,ESCA scores for each dimension,FMA scores,BBS scores were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the incidence of VTE in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidimensional reinforced integration combined with phased rehabilitation training can significantly shorten the hospital and recovery times of patients with lower limb fractures,reduce pain levels,improve lower limb motor function and self-care ability,and effectively reduce the incidence rate of VTE.关键词
