四磨汤口服液联合小儿化食口服液治疗小儿功能性便秘临床观察
Clinical Observation of Simo Tang Oral Liquid Combined with Xiao'er Huashi Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Functional Constipation in Children

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Simo Tang Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Huashi Oral Liquid in the treatment of functional constipation in children.Methods A total of 120 children with functional constipation admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were treated with Simo Tang Oral Liquid,on this basis,the children in the observation group were treated with Xiao'er Huashi Oral Liquid.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score in the two groups significantly decreased,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The defecation interval and defecation time in the two groups significantly shortened,and those in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The colony numbers of Bifidobacterium,Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,and Bacillus in the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The stool characteristics scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 7,14,21,and 28 days after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was comparable(6.67% vs.20.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Simo Tang Oral Liquid combined with Xiao'er Huashi Oral Liquid has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of functional constipation in children,which can improve TCM syndrome and clinical symptoms,stool characteristics,and intestinal microbiota.关键词
