Abstract
Pathological scars,including hypertrophic scars and keloids,originate from the abnormal wound healing process caused by repair and regeneration disorders.The exact pathogenesis of pathological scars is still unclear,and they often cause functional and psychological disorders of patients.Although there are many treatment methods,none of them is effective and simple.Silicone material have obvious effects on the prevention and treatment of scars.Because of their convenience and non-invasive characteristics,they are widely used in clinical.This article summarized the current mechanism of silicone material in the prevention and treatment of scar,elaborated the clinical cases of silicone material combined with other drugs in the treatment of scar,and put forward the prospects for the future application of silica gel products in the treatment of scar.关键词
