Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of autologous split-thickness skin by 15G needle puncture on scar healing and limb function recovery in patients with deep burns of limbs.Method:Sixty patients with deep burns of limbs who were treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were reviewed,they were divided into the study group and the control group according to different transplantation methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with compression transplantation of conventional split-thickness skin grafts,while the study group was treated with compression transplantation of autologous split-thickness skin grafts prepared by 15G needle puncture,both groups received intervention till discharge and were followed up for 6 months.Postoperative scar healing,limb function,postoperative pain degree,and quality of life were compared between the two groups,the number of patients with postoperative complications was calculated.Result:Scar healing time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter,and the survival rate of skin grafts was higher,compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the scores of Vancouver scar scale(VSS)of the study group were lower,and the Fugl-Meyer score was higher compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying autologous split-thickness skin by 15G needle puncture to treat patients with deep burns of limbs can significantly promote scar healing,improve scar condition,help restore limb function,reduce postoperative wound pain,and improve the quality of life.关键词
