Abstract
Objective:To investigate the analysis of T lymphocyte subsets and C reactive protein(CRP)levels in traumatic brain injury(TBI)patients with different prognoses and severity degrees.Method:The clinical data of 100 patients with TBI admitted to Yichun Xinjian Hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were restrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into three groups based on their Glasgow coma scale(GCS)scores at the time of admission,mild group(25 patients):GCS score 13-15 points;moderate group(33 patients):GCS score 9-12 points;severe group(42 patients):GCS score 3-8 points,a control group consisted of 100 healthy volunteers examined during the same period.According to the prognosis of TBI,patients were further divided into a survival group(90 patients)and a death group(10 patients).The T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and CRP levels were observed and compared across different groups,and the correlations among these indicators were analyzed.Result:Serum CD8+and CRP levels in different TBI groups were higher than those in the control group,while CD4+,CD3+,and CD4+/CD8+were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);CD8+levels in the severe group and moderate group were higher than that in the mild group,and CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);CD8+level in the severe group was higher than that in the moderate group,and CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+were lower than those in the moderate group(P<0.05);the CRP level in the severe group was higher than that in the moderate group and mild group,and that in the moderate group was higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the survival group were higher than those in the death group,and CD8+,CRP were lower than those in the death group(P<0.05).According to Pearson statistical analysis,in patients with different degrees of severity,CRP level showed a negative correlation with CD4+,CD3+,and the CD4+/CD8+,while a positive correlation with CD8+levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with TBI of different prognoses and severity,CRP levels are positively correlated with CD8+,and negatively correlated with CD4+,CD3+,and CD4+/CD8+.Additionally,the higher the severity,the higher the CRP levels,while CD4+,CD3+,and CD4+/CD8+levels are lower.关键词
