Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the combination of Tranexamic Acid and Oxytocin in preventing lochiorrhea after scarred uterus re-delivery and observe its impact on coagulation function.Method:A total of 104 cases of scarred uterus re-delivery admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=52)and combined group(n=52).The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the combined group was treated with Tranexamic Acid on the basis of the control group.Maternal lochia score,duration of bloody lochia,coagulation index[(thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)],uterine diameter(length,width,thickness)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:10 days after treatment,lochia scores in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the bloody lochia duration was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);FIB in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,PT,APTT,and TT were all significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).10 days after treatment,three uterine paths were significantly reduced in both groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal adverse reactions in the combination group(9.62%)compared with the control group(15.38%),the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tranexamic Acid and Oxytocin has a significant clinical effect in preventing lochiorrhea in scarred uterus after re-delivery,and can significantly improve coagulation function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
