Abstract
Objective:To investigate the combined effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories and Oxytocin on cervical maturity and maternal and infant outcomes in women with immature cervical full-term pregnancy.Method:A total of 84 full-term pregnant with immature cervical were selected,all of whom were admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Huangshi Aikang Hospital from May 2021 to February 2022,they were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Denoprostone Suppositories.The effects of cervical maturation,cervical Bishop score,endothelin-1(ET-1),and prostaglandin E2(PGE2),interleukin-8(IL-8)levels,maternal and infant outcomes,and duration of labor were observed in two groups.Result:The total effective rate of cervical maturation in the observation group was 92.85%(39/42),which was higher than 76.19%(32/42)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in cervical Bishop scores,ET-1,PGE2,IL-8 levels of two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the cervix Bishop score of the observation group was(7.61±1.32)points,which was higher than(5.54±1.18)points of the control group,ET-1 was(8.51±0.8)pg/mL,PGE2 was(11.49±1.48)pg/mL and IL-8 was(1 015.89±33.18)pg/mL,which were higher than(5.92±0.6),(8.25±1.05),(847.71±25.12)pg/mL of the control group;the first stage of labor was(11.21±1.20)h,the second stage of labor was(1.03±0.95)h,the third stage of labor was(0.11±0.04)h,and the total stage of labor was(12.35±1.11)h,which were shorter than(15.18±1.34),(2.21±1.08),(0.20±0.08),(17.59±1.54)h of the control group(P<0.05).The maternal and infant outcomes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined effect of Dinoprostone Suppositories and Oxytocin is extremely effective in pregnant with immature cervical full-term pregnancy.It can accelerate cervical maturation,reduce cervical tension,shorten labor process,improve pregnancy outcomes,and is relatively safe.关键词
