中药大黄鼻饲、吴茱萸膏穴位贴敷联合中医穴位按摩在食管癌根治术后的应用
Application of Dahuang Nasal Feeding,Wuzhuyu Ointment Acupoint Application,and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Massage in Radical Surgery for Esophageal Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of Dahuang nasal feeding,Wuzhuyu Ointment acupoint application,and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage after radical surgery for esophageal cancer.Method:A total of 135 patients who underwent radical surgery for esophageal cancer at Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were divided into three groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group,all three groups of patients received routine postoperative interventions for esophageal cancer,the control group received Dahuang nasal feeding solution via a nutrition tube,observation group A received Wuzhuyu Ointment acupoint application in addition to the treatment in the control group,observation group B received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage in addition to the treatments in observation group A.The postoperative incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,postoperative bowel sound recovery time,postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,duration of gastrointestinal symptoms,and patient satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Result:Compared with the control group and the observation group A,incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group B was lower,and the recovery time of postoperative bowel sound,the first postoperative exhaust time and the first postoperative defecation time were shorter,and the satisfaction with postoperative recovery was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in observation group A was lower,and satisfaction with postoperative recovery was higher,the recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds,first postoperative exhaust time,first bowel movement time,and gastrointestinal duration were all shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine intervention,the application of Dahuang nasal feeding,Wuzhuyu Ointment acupoints application combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture point massage can reduce the risk of gastrointestinal reaction to a certain extent,and the perioperative indexes are better and the patients'satisfaction is higher.关键词
