Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)occurring after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method:The clinical data of 588 patients with BPH admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2017 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the DVT group and the control group according to the occurrence or not of postoperative DVT,with 104 cases in the DVT group and 484 cases in the control group.Gender,age,history of coronary heart disease and other information of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed,and variables with significant differences in comparison between the groups were substituted into logistic regression for multifactorial analysis to screen the influencing factors of the occurrence of DVT after TURP.Result:The percentage of patients in cerebral infarction history,neutrophil count,neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),and platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in the DVT group were higher than those in the control group,while the lymphocyte count and platelet-neutrophil ratio(PNR)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the multifactorial logistic regression analysis suggested that history of cerebral infarction(recovery period of cerebral infarction),neutrophil count,and PNR were risk factors for DVT after TURP in patients with BPH(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recovery period of cerebral infarction,higher neutrophil counts,and lower PNR increase the risk of DVT after TURP in patients with BPH.关键词
