肺功能检查在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并心血管疾病中的应用
Application of pulmonary function test in cardiovascular disease complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Both chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and cardiovascular disease(CVD)have the characteristics of high prevalence and heavy burden of disease.A large number of studies have shown that there is an interaction between them.At present,there is a general lack of awareness of CVD in combination with COPD,resulting in the management of comorbidities being neglected in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Pulmonary function tests have important clinical application value in the combined or differential diagnosis of the two diseases,and can provide important evidence for disease progression and prognosis.The purpose of this article is to help clinical staff to improve the understanding of CVD complicated with COPD,and to use pulmonary function test to identify and treat COPD appropriately,so as to improve the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment level of the disease.关键词
