麝香保心丸联合达格列净对老年射血分数降低性心力衰竭患者心功能及预后的影响
Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills Combined with Dapagliflozin Tablets on Cardiac Function and Prognosis in Elderly Patients with Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Shexiang Baoxin Pills+Dapagliflozin Tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with HFrEF admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research objects,and 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dapagliflozin Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills+Dagliazin.The patients were treated for 2 months.TCM syndrome scores,adverse reactions,echocardiographic results,cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores(cold body and cold limbs,shortness of breath,asthma and palpitation due to movement)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the echocardiogram result[pulmonary artery pulsitility index(PAPi)]of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimensions the score of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of elderly HFrEF patients with Shexiang Baoxin Pills and Daggliflozin has a significant effect,which can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function,improve quality of life,ensure medication safety,and promote prognosis.关键词
