膜解剖指导下3D腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者效果观察
Effect of 3D Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy Guided by Membrane Anatomy on Patients with Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under the guidance of membrane dissection on patients with gastric cancer.Method:Sixty-two patients with gastric cancer treated in the People's Hospital of Anshun City from May 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by touch ball method before surgery.The control group was given traditional vascular guided laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and the experimental group was given 3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under the guidance of membrane anatomy.The surgical indicators,postoperative recovery indicators,complications and 1-year postoperative survival rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and number of lymph nodes dissection in the experimental group were(195.10±20.43)min,(219.43±30.80)mL and(36.33±6.14),respectively,which were better than(256.37±21.87)min,(254.26±30.42)mL,(25.30±5.20)in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of anal exhaust,the time of fluid intake and the time of hospital stay in the experimental group were(3.47±0.83)d,(25.37±3.00)h and(15.34±1.27)d,respectively,which were significantly better than(5.59±1.05)d,(30.29±2.85)h and(19.03±1.34)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications rate in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The 1-year postoperative survival rate of the experimental group(87.10%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(80.65%),the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy guided by blood vessel,3D laparoscopic radical gastrectomy guided by membrane anatomy for the treatment of gastric cancer can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote postoperative recovery of patients.关键词
