鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌有效性和安全性的系统评价和Meta分析
A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Efficacy and Safety of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Injection(BJOEI)combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:The articles on BJOEI combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of NSCLC were searched from PubMed,Embase,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and other Chinese and foreign databases from inception to March 2023.The primary out comes of this study were clinical yield(quality of life),effect rate,and adverse drug reactions.Cochrane criteria were used for evaluation,and RevMan 5.4 software was used for statistical analysis.Result:Sixteen studies were included for Meta-analysis,with a total of 1,423 subjects(717 in the observation group and 706 in the control group).Meta-analysis of clinical yield showed that:the clinical return rate of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was makedly significant[RR=1.16,95%CI(1.06,1.27),Z=3.15,P=0.002].The results of Meta-analysis of effective rate showed that the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.28,95%CI(1.14,1.43),Z=4.19,P<0.000,1].The results of safety Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was remarkably significant[RR=0.56,95%CI(0.43,0.73),Z=4.23,P<0.000,1].Conclusion:Compared with chemotherapy drugs alone,BJOEI combined with chemotherapy has advantages in anti-tumor efficacy and safety,improves clinical yield and reduces adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application and further discussion.关键词
