关节腔靶向注射臭氧联合中药外敷治疗早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变的临床研究
Clinical Study of Targeted Injection of Ozone in Joint Cavity Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Lesions in Early Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of targeted injection of ozone in joint cavity combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions.Method:A total of 80 patients with early rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into a combination group(n=47)and a control group(n=33)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with routine clinical treatment,that was,Triamcinolone Acetonide was used for intra-articular injection.The combined group was treated with joint cavity targeted injection of ozone combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were treated for 3 weeks.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.The levels of C reactive protein(CRP),anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide antibody(ACCP),rheumatoid factor(RF)and mannan-binding lectin(MBL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and joint ultrasound evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.62%,which was higher than 72.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum RF,CRP and ACCP levels in two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those of the control group,the serum MBL levels in two groups were higher than before treatment,and that in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the effusion depth of suprapatellar bursae,synovial thickness of suprapatellar bursae and VAS score of two groups were lower than before treatment,and those of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Joint cavity targeted injection of ozone combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis knee lesions is highly effective,can significantly improve the serological indicators and pain degree of patients,and alleviate the knee lesions.关键词
