Abstract
Objective:Through clinical pharmacists'participating in the treatment of a patient with complicated urinary tract infection,to analyze the failure of initial anti-infective therapy,assist in adjusting the treatment regimen and identify the adverse reactions of antibiotics,so as to provide ideas and reference for clinical anti-infective therapy.Methods:Clinical pharmacists assisted physicians to adjust anti-infective treatment regimen based on evidences such as guidelines and literature,as well as clinical efficacy evaluation and identification of the association between the epilepsy and medicines.Results:The patient responded to the treatment and experienced no recurrence of epilepsy after two adjustments of anti-infective medications.Conclusion:Fungal urine culture results should be emphasized in patients with complicated urinary tract infection,and the occurrence of epilepsy should be paid attention to when ertapenem is used in the elderly patients with decreased serum albumin.关键词
