血浆置换在治疗视神经炎患者中的临床应用
Clinical Application of Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Optic Neuritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical application of plasma exchange(PE)in the treatment of optic neuritis(ON).Method:A total of 130 patients with ON who were treated in Ganzhou People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=100)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with high-dose Methylprednisolone and the observation group was treated with PE.According to the different types of diseases,the patients in the observation group were divided into idiopathic ON(group A,n=34),infectious ON(group B,n=33)and autoimmune ON(group C,n=33).The visual acuity changes,PE treatment efficacy and adverse reactions among the groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the visual acuity of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity of all three groups was significantly improved,that of group A was significantly better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group(89.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group A(100%)was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(84.85%,81.82%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(13.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PE treatment for ON patients can effectively improve their vision and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which has significant clinical efficacy,especially for idiopathic ON.关键词
