经皮穴位电刺激序贯疗法治疗肾虚型月经过少的临床研究
Clinical Study on Sequential Therapy of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation in the Treatment of Oligomenorrhea of Kidney Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effect of sequential therapy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency type.Method:From June 2021 to June 2023,122 patients with oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency type admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the study group(n=62)and the control group(n=60)according to the random method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and on this basis,the study group was given sequential therapy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the menstrual conditions,TCM syndrome scores,endometrial thickness and hormone levels were improved in both groups compared to before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score,endometrial thickness and estradiol(E2)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the menstrual period,menstrual colour quality score,primary syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the study group(95.16%)was higher than that of the control group(80.65%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential therapy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for oligomenorrhea of kidney deficiency type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
