Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of comfortable and fine dual-track nursing pathway in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Method:A total of 80 patients with non-small cell carcinoma who underwent elective thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy in Ji'an Central Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the intervention group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received comfortable and fine dual-track nursing.The perioperative indicators(endotracheal tube extubation time,drainage tube removal time and length of hospital stay),pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)],comfort level[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)],psychological state(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)and the incidence of complications(pulmonary infection,hypothermia,atelectasis and pressure sores)were compared between the two groups.Result:The endotracheal tube was extubated time,drainage tube removal time of the intervention group were earlier than those of the control group,and hospital stay of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 12,24 and 48 h after operation,the VAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 day before and after operation and at discharge,the GCQ scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 day before operation and at discharge,the scores for depression,somatization,terror and anxiety in the SCL-90 of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying comfortable and fine dual-track nursing pathway to patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy can significantly improve perioperative indicators,alleviate postoperative pain,increase perioperative comfort level,improve their psychological states,and significantly reduce the risk of complications.关键词
