"互联网+"全生命周期药学服务对高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症患者治疗效果的研究
Therapeutic Effect of"Internet+"Whole-Life-Cycle Pharmaceutical Care in Patients with Hypertension,Diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current medication situation,control rate and medication adherence of patients with hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia in community,so as to prevent cardiovascular events.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertension,type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia who visited a hospital from January to June 2022 were selected by the random number table method and included in the control group,and another 100 patients with hypertension,type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia who visited community free clinics were included in the intervention group.The general information,medication and tests,examination results,regular follow-up medication,measures including blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,etc.,complications,and adverse reactions were recorded in detail.Patients in the intervention group were instructed to use drugs and provided with advise to their consultation and response to their questions as well as medical guidance based on their needs and the collated contraindications.In the control group,only blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids were tracked regularly,and advice to patients'consultation and response to their questions were provided.Results:After the implementation of"Internet+"whole-life-cycle pharmaceutical care,the blood pressure,glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid levels of patients in both groups were improved,and the medication adherence was also promoted.Conclusion:Paying attention to the problems in the process of treating hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipemia in community and giving correction and guidance can promote the treatment rate,control rate and medication adherence among patients.关键词
